At this time, GarageGlow Epoxy focuses exclusively on residential homeowners. This allows us to provide personalized service, flexible scheduling, and high-quality installations without overextending into large commercial projects.
Most epoxy floor installations take 1 to 2 days, depending on the size of the garage, the condition of the concrete, and outdoor temperatures. Including curing time, most projects are completed within 4 to 7 days from start to finish.
In most cases, light foot traffic is allowed after 24 hours. This includes walking on the floor and placing light items such as bicycles, trash cans, and storage boxes. If overnight temperatures fall below 15°F, we recommend allowing an additional 24 hours before using the floor.
You can typically park and drive your vehicle on the floor after 48 hours, depending on the temperature and curing conditions. Heavier wheeled equipment is also generally fine after this time. For heavy items without wheels, always lift them instead of dragging them across the surface.
Yes. The garage should be completely empty before installation. Please remove all vehicles, storage items, refrigerators, freezers, shelving, and other belongings. We also ask that you sweep away large debris, ensure the concrete is dry, clear snow from the driveway if needed, and leave at least one parking space available for our utility trailer.
Pressure washing is available as an optional add-on service for an additional fee. We currently offer driveway pressure washing to homeowners who want to refresh the exterior of their home while having their garage floor professionally coated.
